The romantic roads – The Romantic Road in Germany was established in the 1950s to boost tourism after World War II. The Romantic Road is named so because it evokes a sense of fascination and a feeling of being transported back in time. This scenic route invites travellers to journey through storybook villages, historic castles, and lush countryside at a relaxed pace—typically spanning 3 to 7 days for a smooth and enjoyable drive. The ideal times to visit are spring (May–June) and autumn (September–October).

These months offer mild weather, fewer crowds, and beautiful scenery, especially with blooming flowers in spring or fall foliage. A scenic route known for its picturesque towns, historic castles, and charming landscapes which makes the trip worth it.

Iceland Ring Road - The Icelandic Ring Road was first completed in 1974, and it was marked at 821 continuous miles around the island in one big loop allowing connection between communities on the island. The Icelandic Ring Road, officially known as Route 1, was completed in 1974 and it loops around the entire island—approximately 1,332 km (828 miles) connecting nearly all of Iceland’s towns in a continuous ring. While driven straight through it could be done in about 17–20 hours, most travellers spend around 3–4 days. The best time to drive Iceland's Ring Road is generally during the summer months (June-August) due to the best weather, long daylight hours, and all roads typically being open making for the journey to be as relaxing as possible. Along the way, you can expect to see waterfalls, glaciers, geysers, volcanoes, charming coastal villages, and unique geological formations.
